Tasting Notes
Nice fruity orange up front and some spice at the back end from the rye.
Sweet Sweet orange in the front and a little spice to round it out on the back end. It's an interesting beer and I (as well as the SWMBO) love it.

5 LB 2-Row
4 LB Rye
1 LB Flaked Wheat
.5 LB Rice Hulls

1oz Northern Brewer(8.2) - FWH
1oz Cascade(6.2) - 20 minute

Mash at 153 for 60 minutes.

2oz Sweet Orange Peel @ 5 minutes left in the boil.

I have, its gone already.

We liked this better than the orange american wheat recipe posted up (not to say that wasn't an amazing recipe).

Been bottled for 5 days. I snuck one today and its already great. I bottled it with a cup of vanilla infused vodka. Tastes like an orange dream bar. Can't wait for them to be fully conditioned.

Thanks for the recipe

doing this with a wyeast 3333 for german wheat instead and used an extract do you think it will F*** it up or just add a different flavor? first beer so i am unsure what to make of it.
