Is it bad/detrimental to have left a white labs liquid yeast out of the fridge for a day before I pitched it (no starter)?

Not worth worrying about. Only really need to refrigerate it for prolonged storage. I usually take my liquid vials out of the fridge about 4 hours before pitching anyways. The yeast like to warm up before getting down to business.

You should let it warm to pitching temp anyway so as not to shock the yeasties

It takes longer than that to get yeast shipped most of the time, and they don't use refrigerated trucks. It will be fine.
