These have swivel nuts too and the pair runs around 14.98 on kegconnection. So 2 pairs plus 7.99 shipping on keg connection would come around $37 for the same.

At first I thought the price was high too but after checking it out, your price isn't bad.
Ritebrew.com would cost $24.32 + $4.99 shipping and they are the cheapest I have found.
