Hi all, what's the pros/cons of a secondary fermenter ?. My gf and I have our 1st ever brew sitting in a 6.5 gal carboy (it's been in there 10 days now and I'll prob let it sit for another couple of weeks) anyway, we are just going to rack it from there to the bottling bucket and bottle it.
I read some people here only use 1 fermenter like us and others go to secondary so I'm just wondering if this more of personal preference ?
