Its almost Crawfish season here in the Arklatex, I am super stoked. Who all does some cajun crawfish here? What do you guys toss in the boil? I usually do a bunch of taters, a couple packages of mushrooms, some hotdogs or random sausage and season with lemons, garlic, a couple bags of packaged seasoning and a ton of cayenne pepper. I am brewing up some cream ale for the season
