What is best way to clean hoses from CO2 tank?

My hoses are crimped to fitting at regulator so I can't easily soak in sanitizer.
 
Is it dirty? I've never even thought about cleaning mine. The CO2 enviroment should kill any baddies. Unless you've had some back flow of beer, I wouldn't worry. If they are really funky, it might be easier just to replace.
 
It's all new. Kit came with no directions so I was hoping purging line was good enough.
 
I agree. No need to clean if they aren't dirty. If they were, I'd put some sanitizer (Iodophor or Starsan) in a keg, pressurize the keg, turn it upside down, then turn off the co2 and use the bleed valve on your regulator to suck sanitizer back into the line.
