My most recent batch almost ended up like this. I checked on it yesterday only to find the lid was bulging as the airlock had clogged up with krausen. I replaced the airlock with a blowoff tube, and everything has calmed down, but I can't help but think that it was a close call.

fortunately for him i think he must be single.. I heard no mention of "OMG she is going to kill me" which is all i would have been thinking
