Cotton Swap in Keg = fail

So I kegged my second batch (second batch into kegs not lifetime) a few weeks back. Well as I'm checking the gravity I drop the cotton swap from the hydro packaging into my carboy. Couldn't get it out and figured eh, it'll be fine. Well it ended up in the keg, and then in the pickup tube. I had to disassemble the damn thing, get the swap out and of course as soon as I gas it back up, the rest of it makes it's way into the tube. So now it's just sitting there because I'm pissed.

Just a lesson I learned and though I'd share :mug:
 
This is why there is advice all over this board to never use a hydrometer...or something like that.
