I replaced my SS braid with a cpvc manifold, but when i drilled the hole for the new shank I kind of overdid it. Now its leaking like an sob and im not sure what to plug it up with. was wondering if hi temp glue would break down at 170 or not. some other kind of bathroom sealant? I figured that someone else must have had this problem at some point.

ha did a test with the high temp glue stick in 200 degree water, i have a very gluey mug on my hands.

I just bought some last night after F-ing up and making a leaky keg. As soon as it dries I can say if it works or not.

How did that end up working out? I tried some Silicone II kitchen and bath sealant, all I could find in a pinch. I filled my mash tun for my second brew after using it and it completely and utterly failed.
