Nice. I've got 7-rear old plants and they haven't broken ground yet. Been 15-20F below normal the last 5-6 weeks.
 
Looks good! I was excited to see a few of my 2nd year hops break ground yesterday. Last year my dog jumped my fence into my hop bed and destroyed them and dug them all up...roots and all. I just filled in the holes and was just going to give up on it. I think I'll fix up the fence and give it a second shot! So far I have one cascade and one chinook that have come up.
 
The weather in brooklyn has been great. So when is it I start trimming back the shoots?
