My second attempt at brewing...can't believe I made such a dumb mistake.
I brewed a BB American Pale Wheat kit and added the Liberty Aroma hops (1 oz.) at the start of the boil (instead of the final 5 minutes)... I freaked out and didn't now what to do so then I quickly added the Cluster bittering hops that were supposed to be used..but both hop packets were added to the entire boil. I finished the brew, pitched the yeast and transferred to my primary bucket.

How will this affect my beer?, should I try dry hopping or will it be ok without it?

Thanks,

Your beer will be more bitter and less aromatic.

You could add dry hops to regain the aromatics but you can't reduce the bitterness.
