Looking to brew my first all grain nutty amber ale. What is your take on my grain bill ?

5 Gallon batch

7.3 lbs 2 Row
0.9 lbs Cara munich Type 3 (C60)
0.4 lbs Belguim Coffee Malt
0.4 lbs Cara aroma (C115)
0.44 lbs Cara pils

I'll ferment with Nottingham dry yeast and lightly hop with Fuggles.

Opinion and advise welcomed.

If you are looking for nutty, then I would go with an English base malt such as Marris Otter. I would try something like this if you are looking for a nice, rich nutty amber-

Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 80.00 %
Biscuit Malt (23.0 SRM) Grain 8.00 %
Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 8.00 %
Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) Grain 4.00 %

Thanks for the advise. Do you think I need to add a bit of cara pils. Some brown ales seem a little thin and lack body ?

You could. It really depends on what your OG target is, and what you mash at. If you target somewhere in the 1.050's and mash 155-156F you should have some body.
