Tapped 1st Keg of Root beer 2night:ban:
Carbonation was perfect and so was the taste!
I christened it with a nice Root beer Float(probably on of the best I've had in awhile).

Figured I would take a pic for y'all.

I really need to start making some Soda. I rarely touch the stuff so perhaps that is why I do not do it but some Ginger Ale and Root Beer.

I approve! Congrats on the first keg, also well done on taking a picture of this post and using it in this post Haha.

perfect glass
perfect spoon
perfect RB
i hope you made your own ice cream though!
how do you rig your keg/co2 for RB?
cheers

I find it very hard to force carb the RB so i ended up hitting it at 30psi and shaking like hell multiple time over two days. Then i found it's less foamy if i just take it off the co2 for dispensing(use whatever is in the keg to push it out)Adding 10-12psi when needed. Also I did notice that if the keg of RB is left untouched for a couple days the flavor weakens, but a good shake fixes that.
