I have more in the bottle than I can fit in my ferm cabinets. It is hot here & getting hotter. I am going to Daytona next week & need to make a plan to have my beer conditioning without overheating. Will it condition properly in a fridge at about 45%, this is the warmest setting this box has, or will I need another plan?
