So I just mashed, sparged, and drained about 6.5 gallons of hot wort (or is it extract?) into my bottling bucket. I plan to brew it tonight. Will it be ok sitting in the bucket for a few hours? I'm just worried about the temp. It's probably 150-160 degrees. Will it be ok?

It's called wort now. And I think you should be fine. Anything that might try to colonize it is going to be killed by your hour of boiling.

Should be just fine. I've seen a person in England us a plastic bucket with a heating element as a bk lol.
