Doing a blueberry wine right now, which is the first real fruit ferment ive done. Recipe

In the recipe, it says you can "discard the fruit or use it for jam". Anybody have any tips for making jam? Or any other ideas what to use the fruit for?

Maybe. It sounds like a good idea but I've found that leftover fermented fruit has lost all it's sugar, and most of it's flavor and structure. It's never appealed to me enough to try making jam from it. Best to start with fresh fruit, IMO.
