I just tried the Monstre Rouge, the collaboration between De Proef and Terrapin. It was nice. I picked up another bottle of that and their collab. with Bells to add to the collection.

Just finished the bottle and it was great. Had a sour and fruity nose, but the taste was much drier. Fairly spritzy with a nice sour note at the back end and a long dry finish.

This is a nice beer, and a good gateway into wild/sour beer IMHO.
