First self-created recipe-Looking for suggestions or approval...here's what I've come up with:

Centralombus IPA

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: BRY-97
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Estimated Original Gravity: 1.067
Estimated Final Gravity: 1.015
IBU: 72.9
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Estimated Color: 6
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 at 65 degrees

10 lbs 2-row
3 lbs Maris Otter
8 oz Crystal 20L

*Mash @ 148 for 60 Min then collect enough to end up with 5.5 gal at end of the boil.

1oz Columbus hops 15.4 AA @ 60min
.5oz Centennial hops 10 AA @ 30min
.5oz Citra hops 11 AA @ 15min
.25 oz Centennial hops 10 AA @ 5min
.25 Citra hops 11 AA @ 5min
.25 Centennial hops 10 AA @ flameout
.25 Citra hops 10 AA @ flameout

Will be brewing for "Big Brew 2013", any suggestions?
 
I'm not familiar with the yeast but if it's similar to 001 then that should be fine. Pitch two packs and definitely rehydrate it according to the manufacturer.
 
Nothing wrong with using columbus later in the boil as well. I've been using it all over the place this year and really liked the results. I did one pretty similar to this but columbus all the way through. Just a thought.
