I like fresh beer , EXAMPLE: I made a stout at 4.3abv 1-1/2 weeks in primary and 1-1/2 weeks in keg under force carbonation 3 weeks from wort to guzzling in a mug and its great .

I like fresh beer , EXAMPLE: I made an IPA that has over a pound of just centennial hops in it. 1-1/2 weeks in the primary @ 15psi, transferred then brought up to 35psi. I hooked it up @ 13psi for the next 5 days on gas while it chilled. Fresh beer can be good.
 
I love fresh beer..example: I drink straight from my conical. Who needs carbonation? Really? And yeah been sipping off my conical tonight...
Normally, grain to glass in 14days...
