I'm grillin' some Apricot and Jalapeno glazed wings while drinking a https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/bms-outer-limits-ipa-87310/ and brewing some https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f64/pride-raubsville-108079/

Rub it in why don't ya? Those look really good.

See the chucks of Jalapeno ... covered with apricot jam ... oh I'm sorry … the whole don’t rub it in thing. My bad.

You see the problem is - I did use a rub.

First a little rub (whatever rub suits ya') Indirect heat for 40 minutes, over smoke (oak today) then slather with glaze - ¼ cup of apricot jam and one jalapeno (seeds and all) , couple of dashes of hot sauce (I like Crystal), and a tablespoon of rub mentioned above, some red wine or apple cider vinegar.
As good as they look, and they were good - I’m really excited about the Beer I made today. It looks and smells great.
