Hi,

I put down a batch of Coopers Canadian Blonde Ale 7 days ago. I took the temp this evening and its at 15 degrees. I'm wondering if this cool temperature messed up my fermentation; how would I determine if it did?

I would like to transfer to my carboy from the primary fermenter.
Thanks!

The only way to know if the yeast finished their work is to take a gravity reading. I would warm the carboy up to about 20 degrees c and let it sit for another week and gently swirl the yeast back into suspension.

Ok, thanks. Any idea what the gravity reading should be?

It was at 1.16 last night after 7 days. I did transfer to the carboy and ill leave it for another 7 days then bottle.
