im about to brew my first batch of ginger beer but i dont no where to start.
on the internet i can only find recipes for low alcohol beers so i was wandering if anyone could give me some recipes tips i want it to be 5%+ alc and have a real kick
 
There is a recipe in TCJOHB for a ginger lager that could you could use. From my experience go way easy on any ginger you don’t cook. My first try took about a year to be good. But damn was that a clear beer.
