Ferment @58f for 5days , let raise to room temps over 1 wk
transfer to secondary and lager for 2 wks.
 
Looks really interesting. Can you tell me something about your fermentation/temp schedule - it looks like a lager schedule using ale yeast? Thanks!
 
Brewed this the other night.... Will let you know how it turns out color is amazing !
