Hi all....getting ready brew up a batch of BM's Centennial Blonde, but I don't have any Vienna malt...suggestions on a substitute??? Thanks

Bumping this thread as I just found myself in the same situation. Is a 1:1 swap with Munich ok to do? I was wondering about 50% munich and 50% 2 row to replace the missing Vienna.

Also have Biscuit and Pilsner as options. I really liked the Vienna in this so disappointed to have to make a change but have no other option to get this brewed.

I have brewed this a few times and last two I went with no Vienna and it was great....you can just leave it out.

That small amount of Vienna doesn't make a huge difference. You can leave it out or do what was mentioned here and lightly roast some 2-row to give it a more full flavor.
