quick keg question

Can you carb a keg, pull a couple drafts and the unhook it from the kegerator for a month or two? i wanna try my new ipa but also want my friend to try it when i move in a month.

Yep. I do that often, when I have a friend who wants to try a different beer and I only have two on tap.

PSI to serving pressure then when complete zap it w/ more gas. I like to store my kegs at about 20 psi
