Taste: (40.0) Very nice porter. Was Crisp and left a somewhat of a sweet flavor in your mouth. Very Drinkable and it is nice to experiment with also with black licorice or ginger.

One of Charlie Papazian recipes. I guess I need to rephrase myself and it doesn't really taste sweet, it is a dry taste but the chocolate backs it up nicely with subtle flavor. Very drinkable porter recipe though.
