Hi guys
I made a starter a couple of weeks ago, stepped it up after a couple of days but then brew day was delayed. It sat on the counter about a week before cold crashing it. Do you think it will be ok to use?

Thanks

No different than yeast that sits in a carboy for a week or two.
I bet the yeast will take off like a rocket once you pitch it.

Cool, kinda what I figured but didn't want to take any chances with my first all grain biab batch.
It smelt fine when I put it in the fridge.
