Keg carb issue

ok so my beers are not carbing enough .So I have been reading up on this for a week or so now, I have tired a few different things to help, but nothing is. Let me tell you about my system.

5' beer lines- that's what keg connection sent me, No fom issues.
I tried the set it and forget it method at 12psi around 35 degrees.
I then tried 30 psi for a week, it helped but not enough the beer still seemed flat.
I leak tested my connections with star san and found no bubbles or leaks, plus the co2 has been on constantly for a month now, with no change in pressure.

Am I missing anything, any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

If you pop the keg PRV is it obvious that there is substantial pressure @ volume?

30 psi for a week (in the fridge?) should carbonate your beers plenty.

Are you maybe overfilling your kegs? There needs to be a little bit of headspace at the top. The beer level should not be higher than the gas in tube tip, at the most.

No I'm not filling them to full at all there is head space .

I'm stumped

Only thing I can think of is that your pressure gauge way off, and what you're supplying to the keg is much lower than you think. Either that or you've managed to defy the laws of physics. :cross:

Is there a way to test the regulator I have? its brand new ad I do not have another to compare it with.
