Will move my apple wine from the bucket to Carboy.

If I have wine left over what could I do with it?

Can I save it to top up when I rack in a months time or so?

I have lots of different stopper sizes, that fit gallon jugs, wine bottles, etc. I use the extra wine to top up at each racking, so I usually make extra wine on purpose. If you can figure out a way to have an airlock on it (so it doesn't blow up), any bottle that is clean and sanitized would work!

You can either top use it to too off with. I sometimes save it and mix it with other extra until I have a gallon or two. Then I strain it then bottle it. I put a label on it called kitchen sink. You will be amazed of the flavors and colors you'll get.

Put it in a container and cold crash it. Save the clear portion for topping off (or just drinking).

Darn...as it turned out I had just the right amount for the Carboy; so none left over.

I guess that's better than having not enough.
