Just a quick question. I think I may have mixed my Star San 4 times stronger than I should have while sanitizing my fermenter and other equipment in preparation to brew a brown ale recently (it was late...I was tired). As far as I can tell from reading other threads on this site this shouldn't be a problem...the yeast just eats it for the most part, right? But I just want to be sure it's safe before I go drinking any of it. So, is it safe?

Thanks!

Should not be a problem. It will be OK to drink (the beer, not the Star San)It would make the mixed Star San a bit more likely to be irritating to skin and eyes and stuff like that, but as long as you didn't get several quarts of the stuff in your beer you will be fine.
