i got home from work today and my Cream ale was going nuts. It has jamed up the air lock and foamed over. Fermintaion gone crazy. I pulled the air lock and stuck in a hose running down to a pale on the floor but I can't know what else do to. trying to upload pics now. Please help..

so I should be good as long as the hose end is under the sanitized water correct?

It's all good! The beer is doing what it's supposed to do. Just do as the Baron said and make sure the end of the blow off tube is under water (or sanitizer). Also, since it's a crazy fermentation, make sure it's not overheating. Try to keep the temperature at around 70 inside that fermenter if you can.
