I have been brewing for a year. Extract kits and partial mashes. All grain just seems to be the next logical step for me. This is what I have: I have a 10 gal brew kettle with top, a 5 gal brew kettle with top, One propane burner. I need to make a mash tun and I am going to construct one from an igloo cooler. The problem for me is that the process of all grain brewing is stilll a little hazy to me. I really want to make some all grain batches soon and on you tube I found a plan for a mash tun that costs under 30 bucks. I am hopeing that someone on here can give me instructions for the all grain process, keeping in mind my equiptment. Thanks for the help.
