I realize most have not had this since it is not bottled, but any critique would be helpful.


14-B American IPA

Size: 5.0 gal
Efficiency: 75.0%
Attenuation: 75.0%


Original Gravity: 1.066 (1.056 - 1.075)
Terminal Gravity: 1.016 (1.010 - 1.018)
Color: 13.51 (6.0 - 15.0)
Alcohol: 6.48% (5.5% - 7.5%)
Bitterness: 86.6 (40.0 - 70.0)

Ingredients:
1 lb Crystal Malt 60°L
1.0 lb Crystal Malt 10°L
11.0 lb American 2-row
Mash at 156

90 min boil
1 oz Nugget (13.0%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min
1 oz Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 30 min
1 oz Citra (11%) - added during boil, boiled 20 min
.5 oz citra (11%) - added during boil, boiled 0 min

1056 Yeast at 67 degrees
dry hop Citra - 1 oz
 
I haven't had this beer, but I will say that for an IPA 2 lbs. seems like way too much crystal, considering only 11 lbs. of two row as a base.
