I haven't brewed in a about a year, and I don't remember what PSI to force carbonate my beer at. Is it 32 PSI for 48 hrs? I'll be carbing it at around 36*F.

I set mine for 12 psi (at 39 degrees) for the entire time.

I do the same. I think I have my controller set to 40 or 41 and I let the PSI sit between 10 and 12. For some reason my reg goes up and down a few PSI...I might have to check that out lol

Are you trying to carb it up in a few days or a couple weeks.

Setting at serving pressure will take AT LEAST a week, if not two.

I chill the keg, 30 psi while rolling and shaking on my lap for two minutes. Disconnect the gas and let it sit for 24 hours. Purge the gas and set to serving pressure then pour a few hours later.

Works everytime for me and I've never overcarbed with this method. I am impatient and couldn't stand waiting two weeks for my beer to carb!
