This is on deck to be brewed.

I took a very basic wit recipe and added honey malt, and some oats.

I read that oats helps with head retention.

I think my mash is a bit off. I plan to fill let set 60 minutes drain, then add enough water again to get 6.5 gallons of wort to boil down to 5.5 gallons.

Let me know what you thinks.
