My local Menards has a Haier kegerator on sale for $479 that can fit a half barrel.

Comes with CO2 canister, Sankey tap, tower, rail, and drip tray.

Does anyone have experience this this? How hard would it be to convert to a 2 tap system? Can it hold 2 Corney kegs?

Is this a good deal? I was looking at the plans to convert an Oster 5.0 CF that someone posted here, and it looks like the price came close to $550.

Thanks

C

Well, I bought it, took it home, and it can fit 3 cornies plus the CO2 tank comfortably.

Now I just have to retrofit the tower it came with for 3 taps. :)

Were you able to get the 3 taps? I just bought a Haier with 2 tap tower. The guy at the shop said it would take 3 cornies, but the conections would not fit for 3 taps. They said it was a space issue, but seems a little wierd to me that the ball lock connections would take so much room.

Thanks,

Jim
