Hi I am making some rhubarb wine and the recipie I am following is telling me to use 250ML of white grape concentrate could I replace this with 500ML of white grape juice not concentrated ? Or is there a reason that the concentrate is used ? Thank you for any advice.

Justin.

Your recipe may mean to use the concentrate made from white wine grapes, not a regular juice concentrate that makes juice you'd drink. Homebrew stores carry red and white concentrate, and using it makes a big difference in the finished product by giving body and flavor to the wine.

Thanks for the advice I will go an pick some up when I get a chance I am sure it won't do the rhubarb any harm to be sat a while longer any recipes you would recommend ??
