Can't wait to see mine when I get home today! First shoot broke ground yesterday. We will see how hops hold up to Texas summer sun. I think if I can keep enough water to them, they will be fine.....
 
congrats! I want to get home on wrdnesday night and see sprouts...that will have been a week in the ground by then
 
I got one that is growing up like a vine. Not many leaves, but lots of stem. It's about 12" now (actually, it was 12" last night. It's probably almost 16" now!) With only a few open leaves.

Mine are first year start from rhizomes. Perhaps that makes them grow differently though.
