Ok I had a friend mill some grain for me and I brewed with it yesterday. It was 18.5lbs of 2 row pale and 2.5lbs of Amber Malt. My starting gravity should have been arount 1.11 but it is only 1.068! I looked at the grains and there were very badly milled some where cracked however about 75% of the handful I looked at were still whole. GRRR. SO now I have a batch that is full in the fermentor. Do I have any good options to raise the ABV in this thing or just drink it as is?

Thanks!
EB

I must admit that I did not expect an OG of 1.068 when I read the header :) You could always add some extract to the wort to raise the OG. 1.068 will give you about 7% ABV if you get a decent attenuation. That is still a decent beer. But no giant...
