It said it worked and that they were on their way but there was no spot to enter the address (only city, state and zip). Did it actually ask for your street number and street?

Same here. Everything worked right and it said they're on their way, but nowhere did it ask for a street address. That's strange.

Maybe they will use a reverse phone directory. Well we will see if they show up.

Did you use a mobile device? It ended working when I used my computer..... There were other optional fields like gender that also didn't show on my phone.

Yep, on my iPhone. That must be it.

I did it from my iPad and I had to enter name, address, phone number etc.
