So I bought a wolfgang puck pressure cooker off of ebay. It says its rated to 15psi but on the settings it has food settings, not psi. Does anyone know the psi of the food settings; stew, meat, rice, veggie, etc. Thanks, I want to make a frozen yeast bank but I need to know which setting will sterilize
