I just tasted my Smashing Pumpkin Beer after 2 weeks in Primary. It doesn't have that "pumpkin" flavor i was looking for. can i add more pumpkin spices right before bottling? does anyone have any advice on how much more spice to add?
 
I put in 2 teaspoons at flameout and don't really taste any spice right now and I'm about a week out from bottling. However, I've read that by the time the beer is carbonated and cold, the spice comes out. The warmer the beer, the less prominent the spice. Guess I'll find out in a few weeks.......
 
i just bottled mine last night and what i had to do was.. i made a tea of water, 1/2 t of cinn. 1/2 t of nutmeg 1 T of Vanilla in one cup of water let it cool and added it at 2ndary it it tasted perfect last night. it is a 5gal partial mash recipe.
