9 lb pilsner malt
2 lb wheat malt

Halleartau hops, though I can't remember the additions right now, sorry.
WLP0029

Mashed at 151F.
Fermented at 65F.
Lagered at 35F for 3 weeks.

Won a 3rd place medal for this one a few years back. Clean and simple.
 
Similar to above recipe except i used only 8 lbs of pilsner and 1 lb wheat.

1 oz hallertau at 60 and 1 at 15 I think.

Same yeast and mash/fermentation

OG was around 1.047 and FG 1.01
