Muffler Clamp Size

I just finished putting together my shiny, SS 1.5" RIMS tube and I'm not sure if I should pick up 1.5" muffler clamps or 1.75" in order to mount it to my stand. Thanks!
 
you will probably need even larger clamps than 1.75" depending on what you are clamping it to and how. no way for us to know, though.
 
I have a 2" clamp here that measures 2.17", meaning that it will fit perfectly around something with an OD of 2.17". Putting it around something that's 2" is a sloppy fit. So, you may need a clamp that's sized slightly smaller than the OD of your tube. Your best bet is probably to just bring your RIMS tube to the store and try a few different ones.
