I prefer to bottle a Berliner Weisse. It gets better with time in the bottle...
 
I second sundowner no the berliner weisse. If you have time, a Flanders Red or Oud bruin are wonderful, exotic, and impress lots of people.

If you don't have the book, Brewing Classic Styles, go purchase it. If you anticipate being serious about homebrewing, this book is priceless. I have yet to make a recipe from it that is less than awesome.

And for you, it has five sour beer recipes.
