I've boiled my .5 micron stone twice now and still can't get a result.

Im using an aquarium pump and am thinking it's not powerful enough. Is that a possibility? The pump is a Second Nature Whisper 200. 115 volt 60hz 2.5 watt.

Im getting air all the way to the stone, thru the inline filter and when I remove the stone air bubbles out. Attach the stone and nothing.

HELP...

You're exactly right. The stone is too restrictive for your pump.
Either
1) go to pure O2 (which I recommend),
2) get a stone with larger holes (an aquarium bubbler stone that you've soaked in StarSan would be fine), or
3) get a more powerful pump.

+1 for pure O2. You can get a regulator from any LHBS that will fit those small O2 tanks they sell at the hardware store. They're fairly cheap and last for a while if you don't waste it.
