Yes, I've got my first extract kit in primary right now. I've already got red Irish and a Pale Ale I've purchased.
I love a good Stout. Does anyone know of any good extract kits for Stout? I'm just looking for a good straight up stout, nothing fancy.
Does Stout require a secondary fermentation? I'm a bit intimidated by the thought of doing a secondary when I've not yet even bottled my first brew.
