I'm brewing my first lager in ages, an Oktoberfest. After my diacetyl rest do I rack into the secondary while it's still about 60 degrees or chill it down and then rack into the secondary.

I'm guessing I'll get less yeast into the secondary if I chill it down to 34F or so.

Does it matter?

Doesn't matter. As you note, chilling then racking will get you less yeast, etc. in your secondary. I've seen posts by people on HBT who lager on their yeast cake although it's not something I personally would do. FWIW I always rack right after the d-rest before the secondary.
