Do you guys get the Westernised version if curries over there?
The Korma's and Tikkas etc?
I make my own including grinding and roasting my own spices where I can.
I've recently started getting foil sealed curries that are made in India and imported in to the uk. It's great because the are fresh and can be microwaved in a couple of minutes. They are idea to keep in at work along with foil seal precooked rice. I buy them from the local Asian shop for around $2 each. I've just stock the cupboard at wotk with enough to feed me for a month.
It means I get a curry and rice for less than the price of a sandwich.
I've had curry for lunch and dinner (with a pint of Ale):rockin:
