Can someone look at this and tell me if my fridge has coolant lines in the side

from the diagram it looks like its in the back of the unit, what does the back of the fridge look like?

Compressor in the bottom left?

I'll have to take a look tonight. They did tell me it contains a sealed system tubing and not to drill, but I think they are taking a stance on ruining their product. They claim there are no diagrams as it's not a replaceable part.
 
are you wanting to put a faucet on one of the sides for kegging?

Safest place I've found is through the drain hole in the bottom if your fridge or freezer is equipped that way.
 
And how would I determine that?

I just felt the side, it's cold in the basement so the sides of the fridge are pretty cool. There is a warm spot on it as well, couldn't tell if there was a direction that it ran though.
